For such a long flight, these days entertainment is everything. The movies got interrupted every time an announcement was made as in the screens went black and never came back on only the sound this happened to 3 movies! The delayed flight was an issue, this caused me to miss my connecting flight. Punctuality is very important to me and should be to your airline. The crew was very attentive.

Too much to list here. Annoying to have the TV monitor in the seat going non-stop. I don't need to be entertained, and get distracted seeing the constantly changing video.

Would be nice to be able to turn it off. TV sets JetBlue apart - except when it doesn't work. Snack choices are bad. No TV; plane was not clean - smelled like the toilet overflowed. What to do in Richmond International Airport? Very orderly and on time. Flight crew was great. Seats are uncomfortable and no room for arms. The crew was fine the seating as usual was horrible. Need to so better about seating. The crew was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable Cons: You can join Shula's club at their website and they send coupons for a free entree on your birthday!
It was just great!! All of the employees were helpful and just plain fantastic. I was particularly impressed with my order of Lump Crab Cake which was considerably more crab than filling. Not wanting to overdo and be uncomfortable, I ordered the smallest filet and two vegetables to share with my friend. It was a wise move. By the time I enjoyed the tender and well cooked steak and a portion of the vegetables, I was too full to try the great sounding desserts.
Maybe next time I'll have only an appetizer and dessert. Although I enjoyed the meal, it's a bit pricey for a retiree's regular evening out or for frequent visits. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his birthday and this was our first experience with this restaurant. The service and atmosphere were outstanding and with the exception of my Prime Rib the rest of the dinner selections we had were wonderful. My boyfriend got the Cowboy Rib-eye and said it was one of the best he had had. My only disappointment was the Prime Rib that I ordered.
It was tender but had no flavor at all. Even the au jus that was poured over it was quite lacking. I also received a phone call today from the restaurant to ask about our dining experience; which I thought was very impressive that they would take the time to follow up with me. The restaurant had no tables in the dining area. The restaurant had been cleared to clean the floors. I think that should have been done prior to opening the restaurant. I was disappointed that the prime rib was not on the Sunday Lunch Menu. We were staying at the Hilton and wanted to do something special for my daughter's birthday.
We had never dined at Shula's before, but from viewing the menu online I was expecting a Ruth's Chris experience. Sadly this was not the case. Everything was good, but for the price- we expected stellar, so we were disappointed. Every time I go to this Shula's I walk away with a smile on my face.

It may be more expensive than other chains but the food, service and ambiance is just stellar. It was my 4th time there and I'll go again! I really enjoyed Shula's. We were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. The food was exceptional and the service was exemplary! We really enjoyed our anniversary and we are planning to visit Shula's again! Shula's had the most outstanding fresh apple cobbler, baked while we were enjoying our dinner. My Ahi Tuna was was melt in your mouth delicious.
All our food had a very appetizing presentation. My husband and I were just out for our weekly Friday night date The selection of food was poor for brunch. Some of the food was bland and tasteless. I expected more from Shula's. I have been here for dinner. I was very happy with the food and service. I guess they should stick to serving dinner. I could see where someone would enjoy the dinner experience with the private quite dining room, table-clothed tables and enhanced service, but none of this was true for lunch.
We had one well done steak request and I believe the other 3 steaks were done first and then made to wait. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, but tough, cool to the touch and the Oscar topping was cold indicating that the plate was done but made to wait. I just expected better. Overpriced for quality of food and experience.
Service is always great but food is average. Thank you for making my birthday celebration special! The ambiance was Delightful. Waiter's menu presentation was barely audible, somewhat hurried and a bit robotic. Waitress that served food was a refreshing alternative. Granted it was Easter and the service was geared towards buffet style nevertheless, I still expected the level of service during the dinner period. My family and I ordered off the dinner enu and didn't quite feel we got our full value. We normally go to Ruth Chris for Easter but made the trip across the river to your location. You all normally perform above average but it may have just been an off day. It was a wonderful place. But, be prepared to spend a little bit of money when dining here. We haven't been to a restaurant with this level of service in a long time.
It is clear that all employees in this establishment share the same level of dedication to customer care. There was the perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy which can be difficult to achieve. The food was delicious, hot, and generous portions. We didn't try dessert but appetizer, sides, and steaks were fantastic. Atmosphere was quiet and dark. Very nice touches such as the steak menu and steak presentation.

Second visit to this one, but third time overall at a Shula's. The food was delicious. One of the best steaks I have ever had.
